Well, for those of you who missed it when it went down, this is socialite Henry Conway, son of disgraced Tory MP Derek Conway. There's the political connection, but when it comes to the fashion...well, we're just gonna have to freestyle on that bit.
Dear old Henry would of course object. The picture is actually from a piece on how tory toff/posh nosh is back in fashion, thanks to the remake of Brideshead Revisited. That might be the case, I'm not rebutting that. All I'm saying is that Henry Conway is not, should not and will never be a fashion authority. For Gawd's sake, just look at his pose.
