So, another week and another Gaddafi rant. A few weeks ago he set the speech record in the UN with, like, a hour and a half in the pulpit. This time around he was on Sky and chatted about nuclear weapons (to be or not to be...etc) but what was more controversial was, of course, Colonel Gaddafi's shirt. Go Africa, eh!
