Political Celebrities

With the General Election only months away, the three main parties has gone Gaga for celebrity endorsements. Nothing says 'vote for us' as much as a nodding and yea-saying D-lister! This is the score board so far. Count on FiP to keep an close eye on the proceedings.

Nick Clegg's Lib Dem has  signed up Coldplay's Chris Martin, Colin Firth, Kate Winslet, poet Andrew Motion, Razorlight, the Kooks and Brian Eno, while Labour went with both Harry Potter author JK Rowling and ex Doctor Who actor David Tennant. The Tories have so far put all their money on television personalities, bagging Kirstie Allsopp, Carol Vorderman and Trevor McDonald.
